MYCO for Impact is the controller responsible for the personal data processed through this website.

Depending on how you use the website or contact MYCO for Impact, personal data may be processed, including:

MYCO for Impact does not process more personal data than is necessary for the relevant purpose.

• fulfil arrangements and agreements.

MYCO for Impact does not currently use the website for advertising tracking or visitor analytics.

The website uses a functional cookie (myco_language) to remember your choice of Dutch or English. This cookie is stored for a maximum of one year.

Because this cookie only remembers a functional preference, prior consent is not required. Its use is explained in this privacy policy.

5. External services

Cloudflare is used to deliver and secure the website. Technical data, including IP addresses and request data, may be processed for these purposes.

The DM Sans and Montserrat typefaces are loaded locally from this website. The browser does not connect to Google Fonts to load these typefaces.

MYCO for Impact reviews and limits the use of external services where possible in accordance with the principle of data minimisation.

6. Contact by email

When you contact MYCO for Impact by email, the data you provide is processed to respond to your message and handle any further contact.

MYCO for Impact does not retain this data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was received, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.

7. Who is the data shared with?

MYCO for Impact does not sell or rent personal data.

Personal data may be processed by service providers that support MYCO for Impact with website hosting, security and email. These parties process personal data only to the extent necessary for their services and on the basis of appropriate arrangements.

Where personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area, the applicable requirements of the GDPR are met.

The website may contain photographs in which people are identifiable. MYCO for Impact ensures that an appropriate legal basis and the necessary usage rights are in place for the use of such photographs.
