A little about me
I’ve spent more than 25 years working in sustainability, first with NGOs & standards organisations & later in business. My work has covered nature, food, agriculture & responsible sourcing.
I’m often brought into work where the goal is clear but the way forward isn’t. People may care about the same issue & still see it differently. I listen, ask questions & help make space for an honest conversation about what can happen next.
I like a clear purpose, a practical plan & people who are ready to do the work together. I bring strategic oversight, but I don’t lose sight of the people doing it.
The biggest challenges need the right people in the room - and a good reason to keep working together.

Head of Sustainability
Developed and implemented a multi-year sustainability strategy across Cefetra Group companies. Monitored progress and brought clients and stakeholders together to explore solutions to sustainability challenges.
